HOA Home Owner Association - friendly Campervan
Many communities impose a limit on parking your RV under the community home owners association (HOA) rules. An RV, in most cases, is going to be classified as a trailer, 5th wheel, Class A Class B or Class C Motorhome. In most states, to be registered as a motorhome through the DMV the RV must be completely self-contained with plumbed water system, propane, electric heater and air conditioner and built in galley stove/burner.

The Mini-T is a conversion on a passenger van which will be registered as such by VIN and vehicle identification which by no means should be an issue with your HOA. The Mini-T Campervan is just 80” tall which makes it one of the only campervans that will easily fit in a standard 7-foot garage. Most HOA’s requires garage parking vs. driveway parking.
